Formed in 1964, Derwent Housing Association works to build thriving communities where people want to live. It manages more than 11,000 properties in the Midlands, Yorkshire and the South East, providing affordable living to suit a range of lifestyles.

The Residential Landlords Association is the effective voice for landlords in the private rented sector having established its roots 35 years ago, offering support and advice, as well as training opportunities and innovative ideas for improving standards and saving its members money.

Since 1997 we have been working with central and local government to achieve fair and reasonable regulation supported by evidence-based research and consultation among both members and other landlords.

Landlords across the south west and west country have joined this growing landlord association which is run by dedicated volunteers. We offer a 24/7 emergency dedicated members helpline and have monthly advice surgeries where a 'one to one' discussion is available with either a solicitor or an experienced committee member. A full range of letting stationery is also available to cover all tenancy situations. Not forgetting our unique 'Form 88' (problem tenant list) accessable via the members area.
