The company is managed by Stuart and Diana Gray who have been focusing on the hardwood flooring market for many years. Having previously worked for many firms in Germany where Stuart and Diana gained qualifications in wood flooring. 1981 to 1987 Worked for R. A. F Gutersloh as a carpet fitter.
1987 to 92 worked in Germany for Klammert Parquet (Gutachter), 1992 to 94 Warwel Parquet.

A stone carpet is a washed and kiln-dried (natural or coloured) rounded pebble mixed with a resin.
It is applied by trowel onto concrete or other rigid surfaces, such as tiles or ply sheathing, to provide a 4 – 20mm thick screed for floors.
Once the stone carpet has been laid, a surface sealer
is applied that effectively closes the surface by filling the voids between the stones of the carpet.
