Leonora Paul Hypnotherapy

My name is Leonora and I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) from the Clifton Practice (CPHT). This qualification is considered to be the Gold Standard qualification in Hypnotherapy training.

I am committed to helping people Bring Change to their lives by providing them with the tools to make positive changes and take back control of their life. I am very approachable, open and I offer a safe and caring place online (via Zoom) where my clients can get help with whatever problems or issues they want to deal with.

Research has shown that online therapy sessions are as effective as face-to-face sessions. It is convenient and there is no travel involved. More importantly, you are in your own space where you feel comfortable and relaxed. All you need is a good internet connection and a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
