Keepitpersonal.co.uk was established in 2008 by myself Andrew Smith and partner Tracey Smith and began with humble beginnings with just a few hundred pounds, lots of ideas and an engraving machine.

We are now an established company based in Bristol with over 7500 square feet of warehouse space and beautifully modern offices, 15 dedicated staff and graphic designers and the best engraving machines on the market.

We are passionate about customer service and we proudly show only independent reviews on our website - whether it's a raving positive review or a very uncommon negative review we like to be open and honest about our company; after all, we would not be here without our customer's support and would still be engraving gifts in our garage!

We are available between the hours of 9 am and 3.30 pm by telephone at 0117 3637920, by email at myorder@keepitpersonal.co.uk and you can even pop in by prior appointment and speak to one of our advisers about our services and products.

Fast Delivery

We aim to despatch every single item within 1-2 working days. Usually, our personalised gifts are despatched within 24 hours of ordering and sometimes even within minutes of customers placing the order so don't be surprised if your item arrives the day after purchase even with standard 1st class delivery.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

We also offer a next-day delivery service to UK customers which includes Saturday delivery by Royal Mail. We guarantee that orders will arrive by 5:30 pm the following day when this service has been selected. In the unlikely event that the courier does not attempt delivery, we will refund the additional postage paid.

Quality Products

All of our products are of good quality and usually receive 5-star reviews - every single review has been made by a genuine customer that has previously placed an order with us so you can base your opinion on experiences from others. Once you place the order you will also have the chance to leave a review within approximately 10 days of making your purchase, we will show the positives and any negatives.

Professional Engraving

You can be assured that the items you purchase will be engraved to a very high standard, nicely spaced out, legible and accurate. If we feel that there may be an issue with the engraving such as a logo which isn't quite up to scratch we won't just engrave it, we will contact you for another image.
